20 4933 BANDI'S BOY Jay Ford (17) $26
BEST
LUGH (11) resumes off two solid trials and profiles beautifully for this race. His Big Dance placing reads exceptionally well for this grade and the booking of Nash Rawiller is a major positive. Maps to get every chance and looks the horse with the most upside fresh.
DANGERS
MIDNIGHT DYNAMITE (6) loves Doomben and has returned in excellent order. The draw isn't ideal but he should still find a position and his recent form makes him the obvious horse to beat.
POINT AND SHOOT (3) is the enigma. He'll likely get back and need luck but his best figures are more than good enough to win a race like this.
SUNSHINEINMYPOCKET (17) returned with a win and looks ready to measure up. Maher's horses continue to race well and the market support has been encouraging.
LONGSHOTS
GALLANT STAR (9) is much better than recent form suggests and third-up is traditionally his sweet spot. Has only missed a placing once in five third-up runs and could easily surprise at odds.
VERDICT
LUGH (11) gets the right setup fresh and looks ready to make a winning return.

15 891X MEMORIA Alysha Collett (6) $18
16 8X21 WANARUAH Kerrin McEvoy (14) $7
BEST
THE BLACK CLOUD (8) gets back to Randwick after tackling stronger company and her form around the Galaxy stacks up very well for a race like this. Not much went right during her Queensland campaign but he now drops in weight, maps to get a lovely run and has trialled strongly against quality opposition since. At double-figure odds she appeals as the value play.
DANGERS
GENERAL SALUTE (3) didn't win last preparation but his form was much better than it looks on paper. Several of his recent defeats came at the hands of genuine Group 1 performers and his recent trial win suggests he's returned in terrific order.
ACCREDITED (4) resumes for the Pride stable with Nash Rawiller aboard. Drawn to get options and his best form is certainly good enough to measure up here.
WANARUAH (16) is flying this preparation and deserves respect despite the rise in grade. McEvoy takes over and the recent figures have been strong.
LONGSHOTS
IN FLIGHT (1) won this race last year and has already shown she can mix it with quality sprinters. The inside draw and proven Randwick form make her a knockout chance at odds.
VERDICT
THE BLACK CLOUD (8) gets back to the right race, right track and right setup. Happy to be with him at the price.

19 1X80 LINCOLN ROCKS Alysha Collett (20) $61
20 4619 GLAD YOU THINK SO Reece Jones (16) $17
21 1422 NARBOLD (7) $17
BEST
GLAD YOU THINK SO (20) was caught wide throughout first-up off a let-up and never really got the chance to show his best. He strips fitter now and his figures around Randwick stack up well for a race like this. Importantly, the likely track pattern should suit his on-pace style much better this time and he's at a very backable price.
DANGERS
FORMAL DISPLAY (5) is easy to like if he takes his place here. There doesn't look to be much speed and he could find himself controlling the race. His recent form is excellent and he handles all conditions.
DECLICHY BOULEVARD (11) appreciated the Heavy track a fortnight ago and gets conditions to suit again. Drawn to get a soft run and his recent win was full of merit.
GOD'S WINDOW (6) is another Waller runner who relished the wet last start. He's building nicely this preparation and maps to get every chance.
LONGSHOTS
KNOW THYSELF (2) has the talent to measure up and if Bullock can work across from the wide draw without spending too much petrol, he's capable of surprising at odds.
VERDICT
GLAD YOU THINK SO (20) gets the race shape and track pattern to suit this time around and looks over the odds.

21 1601 NEW PHAROAH Jay Ford (3) $41
22 17X9 HORIZONS (12) $41
BEST
NITRO (16) was beaten first-up but there was plenty to like in the performance. As usual he was slow away, conceded a start and still worked home strongly. The up-in-class, down-in-weight profile appeals and he's the type of progressive 3YO who can quickly make the jump through the grades. If he begins cleanly he should prove very hard to beat.
DANGERS
INVADER ZIM (15) finally looks to be putting things together this preparation. His recent form has been strong and the rise to 1400m is right in his wheelhouse.
SHOTGUN BELLA (19) maps to get a lovely run and comes here off a peak performance. McEvoy stays aboard and she's racing with confidence.
BELLA CORAZON (20) was good behind NITRO at Scone and gets in with a light weight. She'll be charging late if the tempo is genuine.
GLORIOUS MOMENTS (4) has always looked a stakes-class horse in the making. McDonald suggested 1400m was exactly what he wanted after his first-up run and he gets that opportunity here.
LONGSHOTS
MR CHAPLIN (7) is the interesting runner. The Rawiller booking catches the eye and both recent Randwick trials have been encouraging.
VERDICT
NITRO (16) still has upside and the conditions look ideal for him to take the next step.
Summary: 16, 15, 19, 20, 4, 7
