"Inside lane a tad inferior with Lane 2 better and its better again in Lane 3. From there to lanes 7 or 8 should provide the bulk of the winners. No need to go any wider. Probably just a little tougher for leaders than normal but stalking the tempo will be ideal. The ground at the top of the straight is marginally faster than on the bend, which means you won’t want to be more than 4L off them at them at the top of the straight. Backmarkers will be best served staying in the first 4 lanes around the bend and then get wider."
