Review Sheets | 30 May

Here is your review Saturday's racing featuring sectional times, winning lanes, tempo and horses to follow.

Caulfield was in a terrible state on Saturday. Yes, the last winner hugged the rail but his last 200m was more than 1 second (6L) slower than any winner on the day.

The fact we had jockeys veering to Lane 10 on the bend from Race 2 onwards paints the picture. That's not an off rail day, that's a tracl issue. There was significant rainfall last June and that track did not end up like this.

We won't be betting at Caulfield until the track management gets sorted and this is being wirtten by someone who had three bets for two winners last Saturday.

It is also going to make all Melbourne form difficult to analyse for the next few weeks.

Happy (or not happy) Punting,
