TBF RATINGS: It's a flat field in terms of ratings, meaning there's no standout and the race could be won by a number of horses. But it's DARCHINIAN that's really got us excited. He might've looked plain last start to the eye but the race rated quite well plus he ran the sixth fastest last 200m of the day. We've got his last run close to a peak for him when second-up from a spell telling us he's come back in good order. The son of Unencumbered is 2 from 3 third-up and looks set to peak here at the whopping odds of $41/$8.
